Peter Sheahan is known internationally for his innovative business thinking and thought leadership. With staff in more than 23 cities across 7 countries, he knows firsthand the challenges of growing a business in these rapidly-changing times.

 

Peter has advised leaders from companies as diverse as Apple, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, Hyundai, IBM, Pfizer, Wells Fargo, and Cardinal Health. He is the author of 7 international titles, including Flip, Generation Y, Making it Happen, and recently released Matter.

 

Peter has delivered more than 2,500 presentations to over 500,000 people in 20 different countries. He has been named one of the 25 Most Influential Speakers in the World by the National Speakers Association and is the youngest person ever to be inducted into their industry Hall of Fame.

Charles Phillips

Charles Phillips has served as CEO of Infor since 2010, during which time the company more than doubled in size and became the first major software company to offer an integrated, end-to-end application suite for entire industries: the first Industry Cloud Company. Infor is also the first large business applications company to adopt a public cloud platform at scale (70+ million users on AWS), to establish a captive design agency in New York (Hook & Loop), and to create a captive AI/science team in Kendall Square (MIT).

 

Prior to Infor, Phillips was President of Oracle Corporation and a member of its Board of Directors. During his seven and a half year-tenure, the company tripled in size and successfully acquired 70 companies. Prior to Oracle, Phillips was a Managing Director in the Technology Group at Morgan Stanley, where he was an Institutional Investor All Star for ten consecutive years.

 

Before his business career, Phillips was a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps in the 2nd Battalion, 10th Marines artillery unit in a line of three generations of military service. In 2012, Phillips was the guest speaker at the Marine Corps' 237th birthday ball for his old unit, after their return from Afghanistan.

 

Phillips holds a BS in Computer Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a JD from New York Law School, and an MBA from Hampton University; he is also a member of the Georgia State Bar. Phillips also served on the Obama Administration's Economic Recovery Board, led by Paul Volcker, and currently serves on the Federal Reserve Board of New York and the boards of the Apollo Theater and Viacom Corporation.

Ms. Woods is an expert in helping companies integrate business and technology priorities across divisions and enterprises to accelerate revenue growth.

Jacqueline Woods is the Chief Marketing Officer, IBM Global Business Partners. She drives marketing efforts around IBM’s channel business, with a focus on growing business partner momentum in IBM Cloud and AI technologies.

 

In this role, she leads the new IBM PartnerWorld program that enables IBM partners of all types (legacy, born on the cloud, startups to large ISVs) to build high-value digital capabilities, increase their speed to market and help them create new revenue streams.

 

Prior to this role, she was the Global Vice President heading Cloud, Analytics, Mobile, Security, and Industry solutions Marketing for the IBM System division.

 

Jacqueline has over 20 years experience in technology, working at top firms such as Oracle, GE, and Verizon. She has held P&L and senior leadership roles in Strategy, Sales and Business Development in commercial and consumer based Fortune 500 companies covering Comms, Financial, Tech and Industrial sectors.

 

She has been featured in Fortune Magazine's 50 Most Powerful Black Executives in America and cited in the NY Times and Wall Street Journal on leadership and strategy. She’s been a featured speaker at Harvard, the Organization for Economic and Co-operative Development, and numerous technology, leadership and marketing conferences.
